Working with Steven made our experience of buying a home for the first time go so smoothly. His breadth of knowledge and experience was evident from the first meeting we had with him. Throughout the process, I would often send walls of text to him communicating any sort of anxiety or confusion about something and he was quick to respond with either a text calming our anxieties or with an offer to get on a call to talk through our concerns. Additionally, Steven was great about negotiating with the sellers’ agent to ensure we got what we needed to feel comfortable closing. He also made himself available for inspections and showings during the holiday season during which everyone is busy with holiday festivities. On the day we closed, my husband said “I don’t think we could have had a better realtor experience” which is a perfect summary of how we feel about our experience working with Steven. Would 100% recommend him to any buyer or seller!

We met Steven in 2020 when we’re looking for homes. We toured several homes and Steven was always available and help us out with the home search. We finally decided on a property and Steven was able to get the best deal for us. In 2024 we moved states and Steven helped us with all the process to get that same home rented and managed. Then fast forward to 2025, we were ready to sell and Steven was the only person we would trust with this process. Steven made the whole thing easy for us even when we were thousands of miles away. I can’t say enough good things about Steven. He has been throughout our homeowner journey since the beginning and we think of him as family. If you are looking for an agent that will help you get what you are looking for with the best deal and then some more, Steven is your guy.
